The monthly live shopping events are 60 minutes long, featuring a selection of the latest products. The live shopping events are hosted by experts talking through each new product in detail, giving viewers the ability to purchase the items at a discounted rate during the live shopping event.
Samsung also offers viewers to win prizes by asking them to enter their Instagram handles in the comments field for a chance to win. Smartzer's live video shopping technology was used to add interactive elements such as live comments with nicknames, shoppable products and likes functionality to the live stream. The live shopping event also featured an instant add-to-cart functionality for a seamless shopping experience.
