Jacquemus is a french brand, founded in 2009 by Simon Porte Jacquemus. At just 19, Simon Porte Jacquemus moved to Paris from the Provence countryside with the aim to start his own brand, Jacquemus. Since their launch in 2009, the French fashion luxury giant has found new and innovative ways to challenge their audience when viewing content on their e-commerce site.

The interactive fashion show video above showcases the most elegant and eye-catching shoppable runway show featuring top models like Kendal Jenner, Bella Hadid with garments that were instantly purchasable via Smartzer's interactive and shoppable format.

As viewers landed on the site to watch the show, they had the possibility of clicking on their favourite looks from within the video with an elegant pop-up showing details for the look and the featured products with the ability to Pre-Order or to "shop now".

GOAL

The brand wanted to take their runway show to the next level by trying this 'See Now, Buy Now' method of shopping that proved to be extremely effective at charging impulse sales while creating a mesmerizingly entertaining experience for customers.

Execution

Customers could play a role in the content by clicking to choose their size and adding the item to their bag, among other interactive features such as the side carousel. The add to cart feature was a key engaging element to provide the brand's customers with a total new way of purchasing. Additionally, they could have a more entertaining experience by playing with the interactive elements of the video.  

Results

Using the magic of video interactivity, Jacquemus and Smartzer produced a groundbreaking shoppable video experience. The brand was able to see the 'See Now, Buy Now' way of shopping working generating a 8% Click-through rate. Additionally, more than 20% of all their large audience engaged with the shoppability and interactivity of the video.
