In 2015,  Ever Clean was relaunched with enhanced formulas to provide maximum odour control. Ever Clean wanted to create a social media campaign with an impact across the entire funnel from impiration to lower funnel actions including conversion.

That is why their main goal when they came to Smartzer was to provide their online audience with an experience where they could not only easily learn more about their products but also easily purchase them through a third party retailer.

Execution

A beautiful video was produced which also showcased key products. The video was uploaded to the Smartzer platform. Product information was added for the main item showcased in the video as well as similar items from the range that were available to purchase through a third party retailer. The video was tagged through Smartzer's drag and drop tool to create shoppable hotspots as well as building a shoppable product carousel. The social ad was then built where a preview of the ad was used to launch the shoppable experience through the main call to action.

Results

The Ever Clean shoppable video experience reached an impressively high Click-through Rate of 39%. This translated into sales made directly from the shoppable video. In addition to this, 42% of viewers interacted with the elements of the video exploring more details about the featured Ever Clean products.
